About the build:
The build is intended to at the very least due a lot of damage, but most of the times out right kill the enemy. The idea is to get 6 immortals and 10-25 gateway units and push out very fast to catch your zerg victim off guard. It's also meant to be able to transition if the push doesn't entirely kill your enemy.
This is for sure a timing attack that plans to hit before they get too big of a mass of units, so crisp build time and execution means a lot. It hits a timing where most zergs just finished getting their tech and droning and don't have a mass of units.
Build order:
[do standard FFE to start]
13 pylon
17 nexus
17 cannon
17 pylon
resume probe production
20 2 gate ways [as soon as they finish pump zealots with chrono boost non stop until six, once you have six send them straight to his natural or 3rd]
34 cyber core + 2 gas[as soon as core finishes get warp gates]
50 get 3 extra cannons up for a total of four, this will be shortly after you send your zealots out to stop roach counters
50: 2 robos [food supply may be slightly different due to units lost]
50: 3 gateways
[note the reason they all say 50 is due to losing zealots your food will stay almost the same losing zealots but gaining probes]
54-60: robos should finish, get non stop double immortals and chrono boost them when you can
62: 5 gateways should be up with warpgate finished morph them in
from this point on you'll want to morph in zealots only[unless you scouted spire] and once you have 6 immortals get your last warp in of zealots on start warp prism + obs and 1-2 warp ins of stalkers and move out.
from this point send in your attack and if he's going hydra and has a chance to hold it even with re-inforcments, pull back and get 4 clossi a 3rd stalkers and repush.
note: once you move out get robo bay for follow up push.
note: when you move out you should have roughly 6 immortals, 10 zealots, 5-10 stalkers.
note: you can choose to get obs/warp prism first in order to get better scouting information.
How to do the build, tips, tricks, and more.
So the entire basis behind the build is getting up to 6 immortals, 10-20 gateway units and moving out at around the 12 minute mark. You'll want to follow up with a warp prism to re-inforce[and some times not even move out until it's out] and a observer for creep and burrow units. It works because it's a timing which most zergs are just done droning and getting ready to produce units, and not very high unit count. It also works due to the supprise factor of six immortals, as most zergs wont expect that kind of push.
A few things you'll need to note is you have the option to proxy your two robos and make it look like a 5 gate build, and have your pressure come as more of a surprise. Two you may want to get your observer out before immortals to scout for spire, so you don't get caught off guard, highly suggested for ladder games. Three, with your first six zealots go for his early 3rd if he has one, and try to target fire it down, if he doesn't have one don't try and send them back they likely won't survive, just do what damage you can.
As far as micro goes, keep your zealots in the front and stalkers/immortals in the back[ and use your warp prism to not only re-inforce but pick up target fired immortals.Don't allow your zealots to get too far ahead of you with out your immortals attacking anything.
How to transition:
If they hold your push off it's likely to be with hydras or mutas, as mass zerglings get melted by your +1 zealot count, and roaches die so fast to six immortals with non stop 5 gate way re-enforcement at the 12 minute mark.
Your best shot here is to get 4 clossi with stalkers and take your 3rd, and push out. If he's massed some how enough units to hold you even with great micro you can try and play a standard game from here. As you move out you can throw down a robo bay and have 2 robos ready for clossi if he holds.
Final words
Thanks for checking out the build, and remember this is for sure a timing attack so be crisp and clean on your build, and keep doing it until you get it down to the right unit counts at the 12 min mark.
